Online Learning Modules

SMSC and online learning modules

SMSC Online, with grant funding from The Jerusalem Trust and support from WebSpringer has created some online learning modules. The first ones in the series are looking at Poverty and related issues.

They are geared towards the Key Stage 3 (S1 - S2, Grades 6-8 Middle Grades, 11-14 years) curriculum but could be used with G&T pupils at Key Stage 2.(P4-P7, Grades 2-5 Elementary, 7-11years)

Online learning in schools

As an important part of government policy, all primary and secondary schools in the UK either have, or are close to having, broadband connection to the internet, accessible by all pupils and employees.

There is a growing list of online learning materials for all school ages that support mainstream curriculum teaching. These materials are variously suitable for group and private study including, for older children, study at home.
